Description: 

This standard user client access license (CAL) authorizes a user toaccess Exchange Server from any device (for example, when an employeeaccesses the server from a computer at work and another at home). It isvalid for Exchange Server Standard 2003, 2007 and 2010.

Enterprise Exchange Server CALs (user and device) are also available, providing access to additional features not covered by the standard CAL.

Device CALsare also available. A device CAL authorizes one computer to accessExchange Server, regardless of the number of users (for example, on ashared workstation).
