Organizations may request up to 20 NortonLifeLock products per fiscal year (July 1 to June 30).
Budget: Organizations with annual operating budgets of less than $10 million are eligible for products in this program.
Nonprofits and libraries only: Products in this program are available only to qualifying nonprofits with and to public libraries.
Organization types: The following organization types are not eligible to request products in this program.
Employee or membership benefit organizations
Certain social or recreational clubs
Boy Scouts of America
Organizations that support political parties or candidates
Religious organizations without a secular community designation. To have a secular designation, an organization must provide services to people regardless of their religious beliefs and must not propagate a belief in a specific faith. It must also have a tax ID (EIN) separate from that of the church or religious organization.
Terms of service: Organizations that request NortonLifeLock products must agree to any applicable terms of service.
Embargoed countries: Organizations in embargoed countries or regions or traveling through them may not use NortonLifeLock products, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Crimea.
Anti-discrimination policy: Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive products in this program.
Case study: Recipient organizations must be willing and able to provide information to NortonLifeLock for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial on this program.
Products will be distributed under this program to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
Recipient organizations may not transfer or resell NortonLifeLock products.
